his spacious (~1500 sq. ft.) Breckenridge condominium surrounded by fir trees is light & airy and offers spectacular views. Main St., Peak 9 ski lifts, & new skating complex are just a short walk. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters, newer appliances, & views of the Continental Divide. Both the living room & Master bedroom have gas fireplaces with marble surrounds. New aspen-log & leather furniture. The entertainment center has a 32" TV, VCR, CD, stereo, and video library. The private rear deck offers a fantastic view of Peak 10 (Elev. 13600 ft., see accompanying picture) and ski slopes. There are 8 beds (1Q, 1 Dbl., 5 sgl. & 1 Q sofa-sleeper). <BR>

Rentals during peak ski season (mid-Dec. to mid-April) are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). The 7th night is generally free. A 10% discount is given for repeat business and another 5% for early (pre-season) bookings.
