This 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom single family home is an excellent choice for getting the entire family away for a vacation! The living room features a 42" flat screen TV with stereo system to provide surround sound entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect size for feeding your family of 8. The master bedroom features views of Mt Crested Butte, has a king bed with a 26" flat screen TV and DVD player. The queen bedroom also features views of Mt Crested Butte and has a 26" flat screen TV and DVD player. The bunk room has two twin bunks sleeping a total of 4 people. Downstairs is a very large family room/den. Featuring a 37" flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a 1 car garage for parking your vehicle.

This home is in the Pitchfork Housing Area on Mt Crested Butte. The bus stop is just around the corner from the house and during the winter, the bus will take you directly to the main base area where all the Mountain area shops and lifts are located. During the summer the bus will take you down to the historic town of Crested Butte! Bus runs approximately every 30 minutes and is free!

Discover the historic mining town of Crested Butte! During the winter premiers the ski slopes hosted by the Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Downhill skiing and snowboarding are the most common activities in the winter, but you can also snowmobile, sled, cross-country ski and ice-skate. In the summer, discover the Wildflower Capital of Colorado in the many surrounding mountains with 4-wheel trails, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and horseback riding trails! Just 40 miles away is the Blue Mesa Lake (largest lake in Colorado) where you can rent a boat for fishing, water skiing or even try your hand at wind surfing. Approximately 26 miles away is the small town of Almont where you can find plenty to keep you busy--either fly fishing, white water rafting, kayaking or duckying!
